Moving a piece involves shifting it diagonally forward by one square into an unoccupied adjacent square. To capture an opponent’s piece, you must jump over it, landing on the next empty square beyond. When your piece reaches the farthest row on the opponent’s side, it is crowned and gains the ability to move both forward and backward. If possible, you should perform multiple consecutive jumps in a single turn, each time leaping over and capturing one or more opponent pieces. The game is won when you have captured all of your opponent’s pieces.
